For enquiries and appointments, please email me at the email address below if you don't feel able or wish to call. I aim to respond within 24 hrs. If you don't hear from me by then, please try again, your original message may not have been received.
Please include your name, your pet's name and an outline of your situation. Don't forget to include your phone number if you would like me to call you.

If you call me and I don't answer, please do leave a message and I'll return your call as soon as I can, again within 24 hours.

I'm based in Hastings, East Sussex for face to face sessions. 

I'm available Monday- Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Weekend and evening appointments are available by arrangement. 
I also offer early morning appointments between 6am and 9am by arrangement.
Sessions last for 1 hour approximately. 
Session cost is £40
Sessions are face to face, via Skype, Zoom or phone. I can also work with WhatsApp calls/video calls.

Payment:
Cash or cheque on the day of a face to face session
Bank transfer or PayPal made a minimum of 24 hours before booked session
​Cancellation:
Within 24 hrs of session, the full rate will be charged
With more than 24 hrs notice, there will be no charge
Cancellation by me, there will be no charge. I aim to give you as much notice in this situation. I will offer an alternative appointment time.
I will try to be as flexible and accommodating to your circumstances, just contact me and we'll work things out.
